Our fabrics are slow-made over many weeks to months. Hand-woven and hand-dyed by our wonderful and talented artisans India via a handloom. They can’t be mass produced or reproduced easily which means that we only have a finite and limited amount of fabric available. Once it’s finished, that it!

We only have enough fabric for only a couple of pieces in each size and colour. This makes it incredibly special for you as the wearer to have an heirloom, unique forever piece but also means you could miss out if you are after popular item.

We want to ensure that we produce the items that you want so that our beautiful fabrics don’t go to waste and our garments are guaranteed a loving home with you. 

During product launches and busy periods (eg. Xmas) we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and to factor in the shipping time thereafter.

Normally however your piece will be made within 2-7 days and then shipped to you.

 If you will be needing your piece urgently - please write this in the comments at checkout or email us with the date you require it by and we will do our best to accommodate this. 

Please also understand that this timeline is a guide only and there may be unexpected delays to this. We will however do our very best to ensure we minimise the risk of delays and will always keep you updated if anything was to change.

YES – even though these are made to order pieces we still want you to love your item completely. So you just follow the returns process on our website if you need to. Please read the policy carefully before buying.
